Description
Finca in Maella with an area of 57.100 m2 (5.71 hectares), located about 8 kilometers from the village. The finca is planted with olive trees and almond trees, which are located on a large plot in a valley. Next to this plot there is another plot of over 5.000 m2 planted with grapes, but they don’t grow anymore, so they could be removed to plant something else. There is a mas with a total area of 104 m2, 52 m2 per floor, of which the walls and roof are in good overall condition. It is possible to renovate the mas. Next to the mas there is a large reservoir, which is filled with rainwater that is collected through the roof. The finca is located in a natural area, so there is a lot of peace and the finca is easily accessible through wide gravel roads.
