Description
Finca (1.500 m2) with water on the border of the village of Maella. The property consists of two plots and a “caseta” of 13 m2. On the largest plot of 890 m2 there is the cottage, which is currently used to store tools and for taking a rest. The caseta is made of bricks and has concrete beams and inside there is a fireplace. There are young olive trees on this plot and there is space for a vegetable garden. The other plot has an area of 642 m2. There are several fruit trees, which haven´t been maintained for a while. The water comes from an irrigation channel, water can be tapped here once a week and possibly stored in a basin. The finca is ideal as an addition to a finca or village house.
