Description
Finca with a total area of 3.800 m2 (0.38 hectares). The finca has a connection to the water channel of the village and it has right to water one day a week. To obtain water thoughout the whole week, it is possible to place a deposit and fill it every week. The cost of water is around 50 euros per year, regardless of consumption. The land is located between Maella and Fabara, 5 kilometers from every village and is located about 200 meters from the tarmac road. It is a plot consisting of three terraces, planted with olive trees, which are in full production. The last terrace is situated close to the River Matarraña and doesn´t have any plantation. It possible to build a caseta or to have a garden on the finca. The land is situated next to a small prívate lake of a neighboring finca and is easily accessible.
