Finca with water with a total surface area of 31.000 m2 (3.10 hectares), located at about 7 kilometres from the small city of Caspe. The property is divided into two parts by a gravel track. The water comes from the irrigation channel and can be used all year round. The finca is easily accessible via an asphalted road and the last kilometre via a wide gravel path. The finca is situated in a rustic environment, surrounded by nature and close to the river Guadalope.
On one side of the track there is a piece of land of 10.400 m2. Next to the track there is a mas of 30 m2, which is in good condition. 5.600 m2 is planted with Lucerne, a cereal also known as Alfalfa, 3.800 m2 is planted with olive trees of the ‘Arbequina’ type and there is a wooded area of 1.000 m2 next to the river Guadalope.
On the other side of the track there is a piece of land of 26.600 m2. There is a mas of 28 m2 whose walls are in good condition, but without roof. There are olive trees of the type “Sevillanos” planted on 2.600 m2 of land and on 24.000 m2 Lucerne is planted.
