Description
Finca with a connection to water with a total surface area of 2.000 m2 (0.2 hectares), located on the outskirts of the village Maella. There is a masia with an surface area of 50 m2 divided over two floors, whose walls are in good condition. There are almond trees, which are full production. The finca has right to water four months a year, namely in the winter months. Outside of these months it is sometimes possible to take off water depending on whether there is ´extra´ water. However, it is possible to place a deposit or to make a well in order to keep the water for the rest of the year. The plot is very well served by a paved road and has a beautiful view of the village.
