Finca with a total area of 14.700 m2 (1.47 hectares) located about eight kilometers from the village of Maella. There is a mas of natural stone with a total surface of 104 m2, 52 m2 per floor, and a ¨corral¨ of 255 m2. A ¨corral¨ is a fence of natural stone where the animals used to live. The mas is in overall good condition. Both upstairs and downstairs have their own entrance. The ground floor consists of a single room with the ceiling supported by concrete support beams. Upstairs there are two rooms and the roof is supported by the original wooden support beams. The fence for the animals is also in overall good condition. It consists of three covered areas with an area of 207 m2 and in the middle there is an open part of 48 m2. Next to the fence there is a reservoir that stores water that flows down the mountains. The land is planted with olive trees, which are in full production, and with a number of almond trees. The finca is located at the end of the track and has a lots of privacy. The finca is easily accessible and has beautiful views.
