Description
Finca in Fabara with irrigation water, a plot size of 8.300 m² (0.83 hectares) and a 32 m² “caseta.” Olive trees (arbequinos) grow on the plot, which could potentially be irrigated with water from the irrigation canal that flows alongside the finca. The caseta is in good overall condition. The roof rests on concrete beams, and the window frames are aluminum. Inside, there is a small fireplace. Currently, the caseta is used only for storage and daytime living, so there is no kitchen or bathroom, and there is no water or electricity inside. The Algars River flows past the finca. A gravel path runs between the land and the river, providing easy access to the property. This track is not frequently used by other vehicles. The village of Fabara is about 5 kilometers and the village of Nonaspe is about 7 kilometers away. Furthermore, there is a beautiful view and the land is completely surrounded by nature.
