Authentic village house in the historic center of Maella. The total surface area of the completely renovated house is 138 m2. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a toilet with shower and a double bedroom. From the hallway there are stairs which are going down to the basement of the house, which is currently used as storage. The first floor consists of an open kitchen with a balcony and an intimate living room with a pellet stove. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with access to a balcony and a single bedroom and in the hallway a spacious wardrobe.
