Description
Finca in Caspe with a connection to irrigation water, a plot of 14.900 m² (1.49 hectares) and a 55 m² natural stone mas. The mas is in good general condition and can be completely renovated. It consists of two parts, each with its own entrance: the original 30 m² mas and a 25 m² extension. The mas consists of a living area with an open-plan kitchen and a fireplace. It is possible to integrate the extension into the house and create, for example, two bedrooms or one bedroom with a bathroom. The mas has a covered terrace and a vegetable garden adjacent to it. The vegetable garden is irrigated with water which is stored in a reservoir. This reservoir is filled with water pumped up from the irrigation canal, which flows at the bottom of the plot. There is also a simple toilet building and a natural stone ruin, which can be renovated or used as a terrace/barbecue area. The property is planted with olive and almond trees, which are not irrigated. It´s an ideal property for a vegetable garden and to have fruit trees. Adjacent to the mas there is a plot of pine trees and rocky ground, currently used as a parking lot. The Guadalope River flows 2 kilometers away. The finca is easily accessible via sandy roads and is located about 700 meters from the paved road and 4 kilometers from the town of Caspe.
