Finca with a water connection with a total area of 19.100 m2 (1.91 hectares) located about 8 kilometers from the village of Maella. There is a large mas with an area of 200 m2, 100 m2 per floor. Although the 1st floor now has a total area of +/- 50 m2. The walls and roof are in good condition. There is access to the first floor through the ¨era¨ (a kind of plateau where the wheat from the chaff used to be separated). This floor consists of a living-dining area with a fireplace, two single bedrooms and a toilet. There is a reservoir which is filled with rainwater that is collected through the roof. From this floor you can go down with a steel staircase to the ground floor. The ground floor consists of two rooms, one of which is used as storage space for tools and work vehicles and the other room is an open space up to the roof of the masia. From the ground floor you can go outside to a lower part of the finca. Here there is a covered area of 92 m2 (in the photos this area is still open, but now there is a roof). There is also a ¨corral¨ (goats and sheep were kept here in the past) with an area of 382 m2. Much of the walls are still intact. The finca consists of several plots, which are connected by mountainous area. Because the finca is connected to water, it is possible to plant fruit trees and to create a vegetable garden. The finca is easily accessible, except for the last 500 meters, this part should be renovated for good accessibility to the mas. The finca is located in a natural area, with silence and privacy and because of the high location of the mas there are beautiful views.
